Governance

ADHAR has a Board of Governance (Governing Body) which is the highest level decision-making body that prepare policies for the organisation, manage the legal aspects along with overall governance and management of the organisation. There is a Core Management Team (CMT) is consisting of Secretary (Chief executive), Regional Directors, Project Heads, Finance Head and M&E officer. The management team look after the day-to-day functioning and management of the organisation. The CMT is accountable to Governing Board and work with aid & advise of Governing Board. The CMT with the leadership of Secretary (Chief Executive) provide necessary support and inputs to the Governing Board for effective management of the organisation.
