2. Life skills training: ADHAR imparts life skill related to communication, critical thinking, financial literacy, and problem-solving.
3. Vocational Training: Enhances vocational skills of young women and youths in the areas of like tailoring, carpentry, electrician, plumber, mason, auto & car driving, computer applications, and more.
4. Equip them with industry-relevant technical skills through workshops, Internships, or apprenticeships.
5. Digital Literacy: Bridge the digital divide with courses on computer basics, internet safety, and using technology for communication and learning.
6. Career counselling and job placement: ADHAR assists skilled youth & young women aspirants in career counselling and job placement.
